The paper proposes a new approach to the analysis of the human essential forces, which rests on a concrete-universal theory of development and the concept of the concrete-universal. This approach should allow ascertainment of the specific structure of the objective-universal in society and uncover the mechanisms of their functioning, to clarify their role in the formation of the human essential forces and the understanding of them (semantic reality of the individual). Thus, this approach should allow to get as close as possible to the study of the unique content of the human being, on the basis of objective mechanisms, forming certain life situations and semantic reality of the individual.

The author shows that every human essential forces can be represented as a specific interlacement of interconnections between certain key pieces of social reality. In every life situation a person is in a certain attitude to the reality, which implements particular interconnections. The possibility of these interconnections contains in human nature originally. This allows you to predict and simulate real-life situations.

The author studies the concrete-universal in the labour process. The analysis revealed that it is closely intertwined with the concrete-universal in thought, purpose, plan, communication, needs and abilities, generic and individual. In identifying the particular form of interconnection universal elements in structure of the components of the labour process, we found that they are closely linked to the concrete-universal content of the human essential forces more complex organization: freedom, responsibility, meaning of life, happiness, love, good and evil, etc. The author shows that the concrete-universal, the underlying of fundamental level of the human essential forces, during evolution unfolds with respect to its base and enriched and complicated. So this concrete-universal mechanism constructs more complex ethical, artistic, spiritual essential forces in general.

This study allows us to construct a coherent deployed system of human essential forces in all their interconnection and intersections; to reveal the mechanism of formation and development of the essential forces and related concepts about them; to create a method that would allow us to simulate the unique situations of life of the individual.

Keywords: human essential forces, human essence, concrete-universal, interconnections in society, human, society, unique in society.
