LIFE CYCLE REPRODUCTION OF THE INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL

Under the new conditions of transformational change increases the need for the implementation of the research essential social characteristics of the intellectual potential of the person as an important component of intellectual capital. The intellectual potential of the individual is a collection of her cognitive capabilities provided by the interaction of the essential characteristics of creative and accumulated during the life of knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies. The life cycle of the formation and development of the individual’s intellectual potential consists of five main stages. It is implemented in the structure of social relationships, and is inextricably linked with the process of socialization in which the main role played by education and training.
